Today, I was watching one of my favorite shows, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit. A couple minutes in, I recognized the episode as one I had seen but couldn't remember the ending to. Which, of course, piqued my curiosity more than if it were one I'd never seen before.
So, of course, I was determined to watch it, at least until I remembered the ending. It was a very compelling episode, where a woman claimed to be raped, and the man claimed he framed her, and it just went back and forth: she's right, he's right, he'd being manipulative, no, wait, so's she...split perfectly down the middle.
And as the episode neared the end, and I still couldn't remember the verdict, I was more and more perplexed. It wasn't until about 30 seconds before the jury announced their decision, I remembered: this was that one stupid episode where it ends right before they say whether he's guilty or not.
I hate my life.
